What does it mean to believe in a world full of competing voices, worldviews, and truth claims? No Rivals is a one-day apologetics conference designed to help students think clearly, ask honest questions, and grow in confidence that the God of the Bible stands alone.
We’re really pleased to be joined by Abdu Murray, an internationally respected speaker who engages thoughtfully with Christianity, culture, and the questions people are asking today.
The day is aimed at high school and university students, but is open to anyone who wants to better understand and articulate the Christian faith. Whether you’re exploring Christianity, working through doubts, or wanting to be better equipped to share your faith, this conference is designed with you in mind.
Across the day, we’ll be looking at what it means to say that God has no rivals – not just as a statement of belief, but as something that shapes how we understand truth, identity, and the world around us.

Abdu Murray’s Bio
Abdu Murray offers the credibility of the gospel message as a speaker and writer with Embrace the Truth. He has authored several books including Saving Truth, Grand Central Question, Apocalypse Later, More than a White Man’s Religion, and his latest, Fake ID: How A.I. and Identity Ideology Are Collapsing Reality-And What to Do About It. For most of his life, Abdu was a proud Muslim until a nine-year historical, philosophical, theological, and scientific investigation pointed him to the Christian faith.
Abdu has spoken to diverse international audiences and has participated in debates and dialogues across the globe.
Abdu holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
Abdu lives in the Detroit, Michigan area with his wife and their three children.
